Napatech A/S: Announces resignation by CFO

Napatech A/S (OSE: NAPA) today announces that Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Heine Thorsgaard will resign from his position to pursue opportunities outside
the company. Heine will continue as the CFO of Napatech until the end of 2025.

The search for a new CFO will begin immediately.
