Benchmark Holdings plc – Decision on date of delisting

Reference is made to the announcement made on 27 June 2025 stating that Euronext
Oslo Børs has decided to delist the shares of Benchmark Holdings plc from
trading on Euronext Growth Oslo. Euronext Oslo Børs has now received
documentation confirming completion of the tender offer. Based on this, Euronext
Oslo Børs has decided that the shares will be removed from trading on Euronext
Growth Oslo as of 18 August 2025. The last day of trading will be 15 August
2025.
