Mandatory notification of trade: Acquisition of own equity capital certificates

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published 7 August 2025 regarding
the offer to purchase equity capital certificates in SpareBank 1 Østlandet
related to the bank’s savings programme for employees.

SpareBank 1 Østlandet has today purchased 34 485 equity capital certificates at
a price of NOK 195 per equity capital certificate. The price was determined
through a reverse bookbuilding process.

The trade date will be today, 7 August 2025 (T), and settlement will take place
11 August 2025 (T+2).

Following this transaction the bank owns 37 598 equity capital certificates in
SpareBank 1 Østlandet, corresponding to 0.03 % of the outstanding equity capital
certificates and votes in the bank.
