6 August 2025: ADES International Holding, Ltd. (“ADES”) has today acquired 5
800 809 shares in Shelf Drilling, Ltd. Following this, ADES holds 38 500 000
shares, representing approximately 15.01% of the company's outstanding shares
and votes.

This disclosure is made pursuant to sections 4-2 and 4-3 of the Norwegian
Securities Trading Act.
