Hermana Holding ASA: Minutes of Extraordinary General Meeting

An Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) in Hermana Holding ASA was held on 6
August 2025.

All proposals on the agenda provided in the notice of the EGM, published on 15
July, were adopted. Inter alia, Lars Ørving Eriksen and Hannah Høydal were
elected new members of the Board of Directors.
