Disclosure of large shareholding

Hemen Holding Limited ("Hemen") has today, 6 August 2025, sold 175,000 shares in
Avance Gas Holding Ltd ("Avance"). Following the sale, Hemen owns 38,709,428
shares in Avance which represents a total of 49.99 % of Avance's issued shares
and voting rights (based on 77,426,972 shares issued by Avance).

This disclosure is made pursuant to section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities
Trading Act and is subject to the disclosure requirement pursuant to section
5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
