AGREEMENT SIGNED - DISPOSAL OF A VESSEL

The Board of Jinhui Shipping and Transportation Limited (the 'Company')
announces that a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company entered into a
memorandum of agreement on 6 August 2025 for the disposal of a Supramax at a
consideration of US$10,500,000.
