5 August 2025: ADES International Holding Ltd. (“ADES”) has today acquired
32,699,191 shares in Shelf Drilling. Ltd. Following this, ADES holds 32,699,191
shares, representing approximately 12.75% of the company's outstanding shares
and votes.

This disclosure is made pursuant to sections 4-2 and 4-3 of the Norwegian
Securities Trading Act.
