Kredinor AS
(Oslo, August 5. 2025)
Kredinor presented their results for the second quarter today.
Total revenue Q2: MNOK 463,1/YTD MNOK 855,0
EBITDA Q2: MNOK 211,3/YTD MNOK 373,0
EBT Q2: MNOK 98,3/YTD MNOK 184,1
Book value of the portfolio: MNOK 5 852
Kredinor’s total revenues increased by 14 percent from the second quarter
This growth was mainly driven by increased collections, which also had a positive
impact on Kredinor’s revenue from own portfolios. For the first half of the
year, the profit before tax was NOK 184 million, compared to a loss of NOK 68
million in the same period last year. Both operating expenses and net financial
costs are significantly lower compared to the same period last year.
"We are pleased to present strong results for the second quarter and continue
the positive trend we saw in the first quarter" Our focus on core business, with
enhanced strategic discipline and good cost control, is delivering results that
we will continue to build on through the autumn. After a period of low
investment activity, we are back in Q2 with new portfolio purchases amounting to
NOK 0.5 billion.”, says CEO Rolf Eek-Johansen.
