Edda Wind ASA – Delisting

Euronext Oslo Børs has decided to delist the shares of Edda Wind ASA from
trading on Euronext Oslo Børs. Pursuant to Rule Book II pkt. 2.10.2 (2),
Euronext Oslo Børs has on 4 August 2025 made the following resolution: "The
shares in Edda Wind ASA will be delisted from Euronext Oslo Børs as of 5 August
2025. The last day of listing will be 4 August 2025."
