REC Silicon - Updated financial calendar

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by REC Silicon
ASA ("REC") on 20 December 2024 regarding its financial calendar.

The previously announced date for publication of REC's half-yearly report for
2025 was 7 August 2025. In light of the extraordinary general meeting with
board elections scheduled for 7 August 2025 (the "EGM"), REC will reschedule
the publication of its half-yearly report for 2025 to 22 August 2025.
