SHELF DRILLING ANNOUNCES NEW CONTRACT IN UK NORTH SEA

Dubai, July 28, 2025 – Shelf Drilling, Ltd. (“Shelf Drilling” or the “Company”,
OSE: SHLF) announced today that a subsidiary of Shelf Drilling (North Sea), Ltd.
(“Shelf Drilling North Sea” or “SDNS”) has secured a new contract for its
premium jack-up rig, Shelf Drilling Fortress, for operations in the UK
Continental Shelf (UKCS).

The contract is for one firm well with an estimated duration of three months,
and a total value of approximately USD 12 million. Operations are expected to
commence in late August or early September 2025. The rig most recently concluded
a contract in the UK in May 2025.
