Clean Seas Seafood Limited – Removal of shares

Oslo Børs has decided to delist the shares of Clean Seas Seafood Limited from
trading on Euronext Growth Oslo. Pursuant to Rule Book II pkt. 3.17.2 (2), Oslo
Børs has on 24 July 2025 made the following resolution: "The shares in Clean
Seas Seafood Limited will be removed from trading on Euronext Growth Oslo as of
25 July 2025. The last day of trading will be 24 July 2025”
