Prosafe SE: Shareholding Disclosure

22 July 2025 - Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from Prosafe SE
(“Prosafe” or the “Company”) on 21 July 2025 in connection with the completion
of a recapitalization of the Company (the “Recapitalization”).

Further reference is made to the stock exchange made by the Company on 21 July
2025, regarding completion of the Recapitalization. Following the
Recapitalization, Funds managed by Condire Management, LP will own in total
1,185,684 shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.35 % of the total
339,504,369 outstanding shares and votes in the Company, thereby crossing the 5
% disclosure threshold.

This disclosure is made pursuant to section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities
Trading Act.
