regarding the application for listing by Excellence Logging Finance 2 PLC (the
"Company") of the USD 150,000,000 senior secured bonds with ISIN NO0013247635
(the "Bonds") on Euronext Oslo Børs. On 8 July 2025, Euronext Oslo Børs approved
the listing application.
