StandardCoin AS: Change of ticker symbol

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement from StandardCoin AS
("SCOIN" or the "Company") published on 15 July 2025 regarding, inter alia,
registration of the Company's new name, StandardCoin AS, with the Norwegian
Register of Business Enterprises.

Following such name change, the ticker symbol for the Company's shares is
changed to "SCOIN" with effect from today, 17 July 2025.
