Pyrum Innovations AG: New share capital

Dillingen/Saar, 16 July 2025 – Reference is made to the Ad hoc announcement by
Pyrum Innovations AG on 10 July 2025 and the cash capital increase from
authorized capital with exclusion of subscription rights.

The new shares have been issued and the share capital of Pyrum Innovation AG is
EUR 3,818,818.00 divided into 3,818,818 no-par value registered shares with a
nominal value of EUR 1.00 per share. The shares are validly and legally issued
and fully paid up and each represent one vote at the general meeting of Pyrum
Innovations AG.
