Deepali Shankar Yemul, the wife and closely related party of Susheel Nuguru,
primary insider and non-executive board member purchased 250,000 shares on the
16th of July 2025 at an average price of NOK 0.792 per share.

Following this transaction, Susheel Nuguru, non-executive directors of Lokotech
Group AS, and related parties directly and indirectly own 1,058,938 shares and
39,443 warrants in Lokotech Group AS.
