Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement from Standard Supply AS
("STSU" or the "Company") published on 19 June 2025 regarding the completion of
a private placement through issuance of new shares (the "Private Placement" and
the "New Shares"). Reference is further made to the resolution of an
extraordinary general meeting of the Company held on 8 July 2025 to approve the
share capital increase in connection with the second tranche ("Tranche 2") of
the Private Placement, as well as approval of the amendment of the Company name
to StandardCoin AS and the amendment of the Company's purpose to reflect the new
business strategy.
The share capital increase in connection with Tranche 2 has now been registered
with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The new share capital of
the Company is NOK 33,587,440 divided into 3,358,744 shares, each with a par
value of NOK 10. The new company name StandardCoin AS has also been registered
with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. In connection with the
change of name, the Company expects to change its ticker symbol from "STSU" to
"SCOIN". Further information on the ticker change will be given in due course.
