Following the company’s prior announcement regarding strategic discussions with a major European distributor, Rapid Nutrition confirms that these discussions are advancing positively and now include active planning for product registration and distribution.

Key developments include:

• Regulatory groundwork is underway, with management navigating the legal and compliance requirements across priority EU markets to enable the timely rollout of SystemLS products.

• A central European warehouse hub is being evaluated in the Netherlands, to provide fast, cost-effective fulfilment throughout the EU.

• A separate UK-based warehouse is also under consideration, ensuring smooth post-Brexit operations and dedicated service for the UK market.

This infrastructure is intended to support a scalable, pan-European launch of SystemLS products, including its vegan protein powders, weight management supplements, and wellness formulas.

The European market presents a compelling opportunity, with the plant-based protein segment alone projected to exceed €3.5 billion by 2027, growing at a CAGR of over 7%. Rising consumer demand for clean-label, science-backed nutrition continues to drive category expansion across the region.
