Pyrum Innovations AG: Mandatory notification of trades by close associates of
primary insiders


Oslo, 15 July 2025


Reference is made to the press release from Pyrum Innovations AG ("Pyrum" or the
"Company") published on 10 July 2025 regarding the completion of a private
placement of approx. EUR 5.6m (the "Private Placement").

In connection with the Private Placement, Satherm GmbH, a close associate of
primary insider and member of the Company's supervisory board, Jürgen Franz
Opitz, has been allocated and has subscribed 3,570 new shares at a price of EUR
28.00 per share. The delivery of allocated shares against payment is expected to
be completed on or about 22 July 2025.
