Lumi Gruppen AS wishes to inform the market that the Q4 2025 report will not be
published as a separate report.

In line with Lumi Gruppen’s financial reporting practice of half-yearly
reporting, the results for the fourth quarter of 2025 will be included in the
second half-year (2H) report for 2025. This combined report will be published on
February 12, 2026.

This approach is consistent with the company’s previously communicated financial
reporting policy.
