Norda ASA has on 8th of July 2025 received 1,973,013 shares in LOKOTECH GROUP AS
at a price of NOK 0.66 per share, after Norda had the shares returned after
lending out the shares. Following this transaction Norda ASA holds 1,972,195
warrants in LOKOTECH GROUP AS and 20,318,819 shares in in LOKOTECH GROUP AS. In
addition Norda has lent 75,354 warrants in LOKOTECH GROUP AS. Christian Åbyholm
is the Chairman of Norda ASA and married to Kristin Åbyholm who is a member of
the Board and primary insider in LOKOTECH GROUP AS.

Norda ASA will together with Kristin Åbyholm and the Group of companies INSR ASA
and Caaby AS following the share transaction hold in total 30,861,960 shares in
LOKOTECH GROUP AS, corresponding to approx. 4.9% of the total outstanding
shares. In addition the Group of companies holds in total 10,623,859 warrants in
LOKOTECH GROUP AS. In addition Norda has lent 75,354 warrants in LOKOTECH GROUP
AS.
