BIOFISH HOLDING AS Primary insiders purchase of shares

Ljones, 10 July 2025: Odfjell Land AS has on 9 July 2025 acquired in total
205,009 shares in Biofish Holding AS at a price of NOK 1.745 per share.

Odfjell Land AS and Odfjell Partners Holding Ltd. are related parties of
primary insider Kjetil Grønskag.

After this transaction, Odfjell Land AS and Odfjell Partners Holding Ltd owns
in total 16,474,158 shares and 7,507,763 warrants in Biofish Holding AS.

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published 2 June 2025,
regarding the recommended offer from Langøylaks to acquire all shares and
warrants in Biofish Holding AS. It follows from the announcement that Odfjell
Land AS has pre-accepted the offer from Langøylaks, and the pre-acceptances
also include the shares and warrants acquired by Odfjell Land AS and Odfjell
Partners Holding Ltd after the offer was announced.
