Soiltech Successfully Refinances Credit Facilities and Secures Additional loan capacity at improved terms

Soiltech is pleased to announce the successful refinancing of its existing
credit facilities totalling NOK 234 million. The company has entered into new
financing agreements with SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge, enhancing its financial
flexibility and supporting its continued growth strategy.
As part of the refinancing, Soiltech has secured a new investment loan facility
of NOK 150 million and an overdraft facility of NOK 30 million. The total
available financing now amounts to NOK 414 million.
“We are very satisfied with the refinancing outcome, which attracted strong
interest in the market,” says Tove Vestlie, CFO of Soiltech. “The favourable
terms reflect Soiltech’s robust financial position and the strength of our
business model. With this long-term and flexible financing structure in place,
we are well positioned to accelerate our growth and investment plans,” says
Vestlie.
