programme for SmartCraft ASA ("SmartCraft") (Ticker: SMCRT NO).

Date on which the share buy-back programme was announced: 8 May 2025.

The duration of the buy-back programme:  8 May 2025 until no later than the day
before the Issuer's Annual General Meeting in 2026.

Size of the buy-back programme: Maximum consideration of NOK 20,000,000.

From 30 June 2025 until 9 July 2025, SmartCraft has purchased a total of 103,402
own shares at an average price of NOK 28.2926 per share.
