Nordic Financials ASA – Trading by Primary Insider

Reference is made to the approved and fully subscribed rights issue carried out
in Nordic Financials ASA, where 2 billion new shares were subscribed for in the
company.

Mamalao AS (a close associate of the CEO) acted as guarantor for the shares that
remained unpaid as of 3 July 2025. The manager, Norne Securities, continued the
collection process through Monday, 7 July. As of Tuesday, 8 July, 6,061,797
shares remained unsettled by subscribers.

Mamalao AS has been allocated the remaining 6,061,797 offer shares at the
subscription price. Following the transaction, Mamalao AS holds 29,661,797
shares in Nordic Financials ASA.
