Nordic Financials ASA – New share capital registered

Oslo, 8 July 2025
Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Nordic
Financials ASA (the "Company") on 1 July 2025 regarding the final results of the
rights issue (the "Rights Issue") in the Company.
The share capital increases related to the Rights Issue as well as the
underwriting commission shares have now been registered in the Norwegian
Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's new share capital is NOK
33,931,253.14 divided into 3,393,125,314 shares, each with a nominal value of
NOK 0.01.
The new shares are expected to be delivered to the subscribers' VPS accounts on
or about 9 July 2025.
