On the 12 June 2025 it was announced that Euronext Oslo Børs had decided to
admit EAM Solar AS (the “Company”) to trading on Euronext Growth Oslo, pending
satisfaction of any outstanding admission requirements.
The change of listing venue from Euronext Expand to Euronext Growth is completed
in order for the Company to be able to operate more efficiently and running at a
lower cost base going forward.
Due to current tax legislation in Norway, investors are not able to trade shares
on Euronext Growth using a Norwegian share saving account (ASK-account,
Norwegian: “aksjesparekonto”). From the date of listing of the Company on
Euronext Growth this will also apply to the shareholders of the Company.
In order for shareholders of the Company to be able to trade shares after a
listing of the Company on Euronext Growth, shareholders need to move their
shares to traditional VPS-accounts (accounts not regulated as ASK-accounts).
Shareholders that already hold their shares in a traditional VPS-accounts will
not be required to do any changes.
In order to transfer shares to eligible VPS-accounts, shareholders need to
contact their account manager or the investment manager where you are trading
shares in order to complete the transfer of shares. All Norwegian shareholders
can log in to www.vps.no to see who their account manager is. Any questions
relating to ASK-accounts or new VPS-accounts will typically be answered most
efficiently by the individual shareholder’s account manager.
