Entra ASA has signed a new 5-year lease contract with Fonn Group AS for
approximately 1,500 square meters at Nonnesetergaten 4 in Bergen. The lease is
scheduled to commence in Q2 2026.

Additionally, the Norwegian Tax Administration has exercised an option to lease
an additional 800 square meters, starting from Q1 2026, as part of their
existing 10-year contract within the same building.

The property, totaling 17,300 square meters, is currently undergoing
refurbishment, scheduled to be completed stepwise, with final completion in the
third quarter of 2026. The project is now 83 per cent pre-let.
