On 2nd July 2025, Athanase Industrial Partners II KB, an entity connected to
primary insider Kenth Eriksson, a member of the board, sold 80,000 Zalaris ASA
shares at NOK 76.7625. After the transaction entities connected to Kenth
Eriksson hold in aggregate 676 569 shares representing 3.06% of the shares
outstanding. The entities, Athanase Industrial Partners II KB and Athanase
Industrial Partners Fund II, own 535 728 and 140 841 shares respectively.
