HAAS AS has today bought 100.000 shares in Ayfie Group AS at 5,2091 NOK.

With this purchase HAAS AS currently owns 1.758.343 shares representing 7,03 %
of the outstanding shares.

Andreas Akselsen is shareholder and managing director in HAAS AS and also
represented as board member of Ayfie AS.

In addition Andreas Akselsen is a shareholder in Godthåb Holding AS representing
1.281.943 shares which represent 5,12 % of the shares.
