Awarded contract in tender competition for Kloppedalen Care and Nursing Home in Asker Municipality.

HENT AS, a subsidiary of Sentia, has been awarded the contract in tender
competition 24/135: Kloppedalen Care and Nursing Home -- Design and Build
Contract. The client is Asker Municipality. The contract value is estimated at
approximately NOK 505 million, excluding VAT.

The project involves the construction of a new nursing home with a total of 96
full-time residential units for elderly residents, located in Kloppedalen in
Heggedal. The total gross building area is approximately 16,100 m2 (GFA). The
contract was awarded following a price and design competition.

Project execution will begin with a collaborative development phase, with a
particular focus on user involvement and functional adaptation. Construction
is scheduled to start in March 2026, with expected completion in December
2027.
