Vow Green Metals AS - Delisting

Euronext Oslo Børs has decided to delist the shares of Vow Green Metals AS from
trading on Euronext Growth Oslo. Pursuant to Rule Book II section 3.17.2,
Euronext Oslo Børs has on 3. July 2025 made the following resolution: "The
shares in Vow Green Metals AS will be delisted from Euronext Growth Oslo as of
7. July 2025. The last day of trading will be 4. July 2025."
