Following completion of the compulsory acquisition of the remaining shares of
Crayon Group Holding ASA (the "Company") by SoftwareOne Holding AG as announced
on 2 July 2025, an extraordinary general meeting of the Company was held on 3
July 2025. The minutes from the extraordinary general are attached to this
announcement.
