Kongsberg Automotive ASA - Vesting and exercise of Restricted Stock Units and Performance Stock Units by primary insiders

Kongsberg, July 3, 2025: Kongsberg Automotive releases 1.96 million treasury
shares to settle the Long Term Incentive (LTI) 2022 Program. The LTI 2022
Program was approved in the General Annual Meeting on June 2, 2022.

Transactions of treasury shares related to the 2022 LTI vesting period will
commence today. This includes primary insiders as well as non-primary insiders.

The following primary insiders will receive vested Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)
and Performance Stock Units (PSUs) from the LTI Program:

Jon Munthe, primary insider and General Counsel has vested RSUs and PSUs and
will thus receive the amount of 117.819 shares.

Henrik Ruud, primary insider and Executive Vice President Information Systems &
Technology has vested RSUs and PSUs and will thus receive the amount of 44.443
shares.

Oscar Jaeger, primary insider and Executive Vice President Human Resources has
vested RSUs and PSUs and will thus receive the amount of 33.150 shares.

Martina Schule, primary insider and Vice President Finance Group Accounting &
Reporting has vested RSUs and PSUs and will thus receive the amount 134.318
shares.
After the above vesting, the new shareholdings are as follows*:

Jon Munthe, primary insider and General Counsel holds 376.459 shares.

Henrik Ruud, primary insider and Executive Vice President Information Systems &
Technology holds 132.778 shares.

Oscar Jaeger, primary insider and Executive Vice President Human Resources holds
60.220 shares.

Martina Schule, primary insider and Vice President Finance Group Accounting &
Reporting holds 274.067 shares.

* Including shares owned by closely related parties.
