Update on Restructuring: Date of Hearing of Scheme Approval Application

Singapore, 02 July 2025, Barramundi Group Ltd. (“the Company”) (EURONEXT: BARRA)
– Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 25 June 2025 in relation
to the Outcome of Vote Solicitation and Scheme Approval Application (“Previous
Announcement”).

Unless otherwise defined or the context otherwise requires, capitalised terms in
this announcement have the same meaning ascribed to them in the Previous
Announcement.

The Company wishes to announce that the hearing of the Scheme Approval
Application has been fixed for 2.30PM (Singapore Time) on 14 July 2025. An
interim extension of the Moratorium Order until the hearing of the application
has been granted.
