On July 1, 2025, Nordnet AB (publ), through its subsidiarys Nordnet
Livsforsikring AS and Nordnet Pensionsförsäkring AB, was allocated 451,276,871
shares in Nordic Financials ASA (ISIN NO0012958539) following the rights issue.
Nordnet AB (publ), through its subsidiaries, now holds a total of 500,806,188
shares in the company on a consolidated basis, representing 15.36% of the
outstanding shares and votes in the company.
The ownership distribution among Nordnet AB (publ) subsidiaries is as follows:

Nordnet Pensionsförsäkring AB: 0.013%
Nordnet Livsforsikring AS: 15.350%

Nordnet AB (publ) does not exercise voting rights for these shares.
This disclosure is made in accordance with sections 4-2 and 4-3 of the Norwegian
