Pyrum improves significantly and receives silver medal in EcoVadis rating

• Overall rating increased to 70 points
• Pyrum is among the best 8% of the industry
• Introduction of comprehensive new guidelines

Dillingen / Saar, 2 July 2025 - Pyrum Innovations AG ("Pyrum", the "Company",
ISIN: DE000A2G8ZX8) has once again been awarded the silver medal in the renowned
EcoVadis rating. Compared to the last rating, the company was able to increase
its score by 9 points to 70 points. This puts Pyrum among the best 8% of the
companies assessed in the "recovery of recyclable materials" sector.

The EcoVadis rating is a comprehensive assessment of the sustainability
performance of companies in the areas of environment, labour and human rights,
ethics and sustainable procurement. In the area of "sustainable procurement" in
particular, Pyrum was able to improve significantly compared to the last
assessment. This was mainly due to the gradual expansion of the existing quality
and environmental management system to include sustainability issues and the
introduction of new, Group-wide compliance guidelines.

confirms that we are on the right track. We are particularly proud that our new
environmental and compliance guidelines are already having a positive impact. It

As part of its sustainable reporting, Pyrum will place even greater emphasis on
expanding its CO₂ accounting and raising employee awareness of compliance as
part of its responsible corporate governance. The aim is to further develop
existing processes and specifically add ESG (environmental, social, governance)
topics.

The recertification is valid for a period of one year until June 2026.
