Endúr ASA – Contract award Repstad

02 July 2025 – Repstad Anlegg AS (“Repstad”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Endúr
ASA (“Endúr”), has been awarded a new contract for a design and build project
initiated by Porsgrunn Municipality (“Porsgrunn kommune”). The project, referred
to as Østre Brygge, has an evaluated offered price of approximately NOK 394
million.

Repstad Anlegg delivered the highest-rated solution among three qualified
bidders, and its concept proposal will form the basis for further concept
development and planning of the Østre Brygge waterfront redevelopment. The
selection is based on a comprehensive evaluation where Repstad scored highest on
several key qualitative criteria, including functionality, technical and
environmental process planning, and conceptual quality.

The project comprises the transformation of a central urban waterfront area in
Porsgrunn, featuring new quay structures, promenades, green spaces, and
recreational zones. Repstad’s proposal was particularly noted for its
architectural quality, active urban design, public accessibility, and thoughtful
integration of marine and community functions.

The contract award is subject to a following the expiry of a mandatory waiting
period on 12 July, and final political approval by the municipality. If
approved, construction is expected to begin during 2026.
