Odfjell Drilling Ltd – Mandatory notification of trade by primary insider

Reference is made to the stock announcement published 27 June 2022, under which
Kjetil Gjersdal, a primary insider of Odfjell Drilling Ltd (the “Company”), was
granted options in the Company under an employee long-term incentive plan,
exercisable in shares in the Company or cash settlement based on the share
value.

Mr. Gjersdal has now exercised parts of his options, pursuant to the attached
notification of trade.
