Observe Medical ASA: Registration of new share capital

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Observe Medical ASA
("Observe Medical" or the "Company", OSE ticker: OBSVR) on 27 June 2025,
regarding, inter alia, the resolution of the annual general meeting to reduce
the Company's share capital by way of reducing the nominal value of each share
with NOK 3.48, from NOK 3.90 to NOK 0.42.

The share capital reduction has today been registered in the Norwegian Register
of Business Enterprises, and the Company's new share capital is NOK
8,088,533.04, divided into 19,258,412 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK
0.42.
