Hawk Infinity Software AS: Approval and publication of bond prospectus

On 14 October 2024, Hawk Infinity Software AS issued a senior secured bond with
a maximum issue amount of NOK 1,500,000,000 (2024/2029 ISIN NO 0013358069).
Outstanding amount is NOK 1,500,000,000.

The Company has prepared a prospectus in connection with the listing of the bond
on Oslo Stock Exchange (the “Prospectus”), which was approved by the Financial
Supervisory Authority of Norway on 30 June 2025, and the bond will be listed on
or about 3 July 2025.
