EQVA: Share capital increase registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Eqva ASA (the
"Company") on 21 March 2025 regarding closing of the IMTAS acquisition. The
IMTAS reorganization is now completed, and the remaining 496,727 consideration
shares will be issued to the sellers. The share capital pertaining to this share
issue has been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The
Company's new share capital is NOK 4,097,958.70, divided into 81,959,174 shares,
each with a par value of NOK 0.05. Each share represents one vote in the
Company's general meeting.
