poLight ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

Tønsberg, 30 June 2025 - Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement
by poLight ASA ("poLight" or the "Company") published on 27 June 2025
regarding the final results of the subsequent offering of up to 19,122,933 new
shares, at a subscription price of NOK 2.69 per share (the "Subsequent
Offering"). Reference is further made to the stock exchange announcement
published on 20 June 2025, regarding the exercise of subscription rights by
certain primary insiders and their close associates, including
over-subscription in excess of their allocated subscription rights.

The allocation of shares in the Subsequent Offering was made available to the
subscribers today, including to the primary insiders and their closely
associated companies. Please see the attached forms for further details of the
allocation of shares to the primary insiders and their closely associated
companies following the exercise of subscription rights and subscription of
shares in the Subsequent Offering.
