Contract for construction of new Bodø airport worth NOK 1,9 billion

HENT AS, a subsidiary of Sentia ASA, has today signed a contract with Avinor
for the implementation phase (phase 2) of the "E6 Terminal Construction"
contract at New Bodø Airport. The contract value is approx. 1,900 MNOK excl.
VAT.
The project consists of the construction of the terminal building, along with
several other operational facilities, at the new Bodø Airport, which will
cover a total area of approximately 27,000 square meters.

The project is being implemented as a joint venture. In phase 1, HENT and the
client Avinor, together with partners, have developed and optimized the
solutions for the unified design of the various buildings. Today, HENT AS and
Avinor have signed a contract for the construction phase of the project.

Construction is scheduled to august 2025, and the airport is expected to be
completed in the summer of 2028. The airport is scheduled to open for
operations in 2029.

Facts about New Bodø Airport:
· The airport is scheduled to open for operational operations in 2029 and have
an official opening during 2029/2030
· The capacity of the new terminal will be 2.3 million passengers per year
· The terminal and operational buildings at the new Bodø Airport will total
27,000 square meters

The terminal will be environmentally certified as BREEAM Very Good
