Vow Green Metals AS: Minutes from extraordinary general meeting

Following completion of the compulsory acquisition by Midas Industri AS of all
shares in Vow Green Metals AS (“VGM”) not already owned by Midas Industri AS, as
announced earlier today, an extraordinary general meeting of VGM has today
resolved to, among other things, appoint new members to the board of directors
of VGM, termination of the Nomination Committee of VGM and apply for a delisting
of the shares in VGM from Euronext Growth Oslo.

Accordingly, VGM will promptly apply for a delisting of its shares from Euronext
Growth Oslo.
