At its Annual General Meeting, SoftOx AS is pleased to announce the election of
Dr. Tore Duvold as a new member of the Board of Directors.

Dr. Duvold brings over 25 years of experience in the life science sector,
including leadership roles in biotech, pharma, and public innovation funding. He
currently serves as CEO of the Swedish diagnostics company Spermosens AB and has
held senior positions at LEO Pharma, Aker Biopharma AS, Innovation Fund Denmark,
Edvince AB, and Coegin Pharma. In addition, he has served on the board of
Medicon Valley Alliance and been involved in several board roles.

health challenges related to infection and antimicrobial resistance," said Dr.
Tore Duvold. "I look forward to contributing to the company’s development and
