Observe Medical ASA - Annual General Meeting held

The annual general meeting of Observe Medical ASA (the "Company" or "Observe
Medical", Euronext Expand ticker "OBSRV") was held today, on 27 June 2025 at
10:00 hours (CEST), at Dronning Eufemias gate 16, 2nd floor, 0191 Oslo, Norway.

All resolutions were made in accordance with the proposals from the board of
directors and the nomination committee.

The minutes from the general meeting is attached hereto and will also be
available at www.observemedical.com.

As set out in the minutes, the general meeting has resolved to reduce the
Company's share capital by way of reducing the nominal value of each share with
NOK 3.48, from NOK 3.90 to NOK 0.42. Following the share capital reduction, the
Company's share capital will be NOK 8,088,533.04, divided into 19,258,412
shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.42.
