Notification of transaction by close associate to primary insider

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 21 March 2025 regarding M2
Asset Management AB's ("M2") sale of 2,115,383 shares in KMC Properties ASA
("KMC Properties").

M2 is a close associate to one of the directors on the board of KMC Properties.
To comply with regulatory requirements, details on the transaction already
announced on 21 March 2025 is set out in the enclosed notification form.

This information is subject to the disclosure requirements in article 19 of
Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (MAR) and Section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities
Trading Act.
